Before flights into Lukla, all Everest Treks started at Jiri. This is the Classic old route of mountaineering expeditions and anyone wanting to have seen Everest. A chance to experience the changing landscape, the beckoning mountains, a chance to get fit, ready oneself for the enormous vista of Everest from Kala Patar, and to witness the cultures of the lower hills and how it changes as the altitude get higher.This is really a full experience – The Trek that started trekking in Nepal, gave Nepal the reputation of being the greatest walking destination in the world.This classic Everest teahouse trek was the route taken by Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tensing in 1952. A long walk in takes you through the Sherpa villages of Solo Khumbu, over some challenging passes and through beautiful scenery and cultivated landscapes. Highlights of this trip include Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital and or Kala Patar at 5545m where the classic Everest view can be seen. Includes one internal flight.

Lamosangu to Jiri.

Day 02:
Jiri to Bhandar.

Day 03:
Bhandar to Sagar/Sete (2,440m.).

Day 04:
Sagar/Sete to Junbesi (2,675m.).

Day 05:
Junbesi to Nuntala (2,320m.).

Day 06:
Nuntala to Khari Khola (2,070m.).

Day 07:
Khari Kola to Puiyan (2,800m).

Day 08:
Puiyan to Phakding (2,652m).

Day 09:
Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3,440m).

Day 10:
Rest at Namche Bazzar.

Day 11:
Namche Bazzar to Tengboche (3,867m).

Day 12:
Thyangboche to Pheriche (3,840m).

Day 13:
Pheriche to Lobuje (4930m).

Day 14:
Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,288m).

Day 15:
To Kala Patar (5545m)and back to Lobuche.

Day 16:
Lobuche to Pangboche.

Day 17:
Pangboche to Namche Bazaar.

Day 18:
Namche Bazzar to Phakding.

Day 19:
Phakding to Lukla.

Day 20:
Fly back to Kathmandu. flight.


The below cost is quoted under the basis of per day per person:

For a group size more than 10 persons, a group leader will be offered as complementary by company or if the group has own leader, he/she will be offered the trek free of cost.
