Description:

Annapurna – Lamjung Himal .An unusual camping trek in a little visited area of the Annapurna Conservation Area. Fantastic views of huge peaks from the Lamjung Himal watershed. Gurung culture and easy trekking.

Itinerary:

Day 1.
Drive from Pokhara to Bensisahar and onto Khudi ( 790m ).

Day 2.
Trek to Ghalegaun – one of the most well preserved Gurung villages in the Annapurna area. Great views of Budda Himal ( 6974M ), Himal Chuli ( 6747m )and Manasulu ( 8100m ).

Day 3.
Ganpokhari. Another great Gurung village – spectacular views of Machhapuchhare ( 6693m ), Annapurna 1 ( 8091m ), Annapurna 2 ( 7939m ), Annapurna 4 ( 7535m ), Lamjung Himal ( 6988m )Budda Himal and Himal Chuli.

Day 4.
Ramdung Phedi – a ridge with great views of the above peaks.

Day 5.
Yamjok Danda ( 3950m ).

Day 6.
Day trip to Rambrong Danda ( 4440m ) – great himalayan views!

Day 7.
Tanting ( 1580m )

Day 8.
Parche ( 1760m )

Day 9.
Visit Silkis and camp at Parche – wonderful views.

Day 10.
Chasu ( 980m )

Day 11.
Kalikastan ( 1087m ).

Day 12.
Lipeyani ( 1100m ).

Day 13.
Begnas Lake and drive to Pokhara.

Day 14.
Drive Kathmandu.
