Description:

Gorepani is a pass at 2800 m with a great view on the Daulagiri range and Annapurna range. This is a Gurung area and we can get a feel of village life on this gentle trek. An early morning hike up to Poon Hill catches the sunrise on the annapurna Massif.

Itinerary:

Day 01:
5hours driving by private transport to Nayapool and overnight stay at Birethanti (1080m).

Day 02:
Trekking along the riverbank of Modi Khola and Hiking up from Syauli Bazaar to Ghandrung (1940m), the biggest and oldest Gurung village.

Day 03:
Trekking up within beautiful forests through Bhaisikharka to Tadapani (2590m).

Day 04:
30 minute's descent, 45minutes ascent and a 40 minutes light incline will reach to Banthanti. Trekking up to Deurali and walking an hour to Gorepani (2860m) through protected forests.

Day 05:
Early in the morning hiking up an hour to Poon Hill (3,210m.) to observe the Himalayan sunrise, beautiful landscapes and mountain ranges like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri etc. Trek down 4 hours to Birethanti.

Day 06:
Walking 45minutes to Nayapool and driving back to Pokhara. Visit Davis Fall, Shopping, and Boating in Fewa Lake etc.

Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu.
